Record numbers to visit Barbados on cruise ships predicted for 2010/11 season

Dennis Roach, a BTA board member, stated that Barbados in on course for a 5% increase in passenger arrivals for the upcoming season. If this number is met, Barbados could see 900,000 passengers during the 2010/11 season.
This is great news for Barbadians whom benefit from the off shoot business these travelers bring. Let’s hope this is signs of things to come for the Barbados tourist market.
