Here’s the recipe to make the BEST rum punch:
1 of sour
2 of sweet
3 of strong
and 4 of weak
So that’s…
one: lime juice (pure West Indian lime if ya can find it)
two: sugar (preferably bland not full of molasses)
three: rum (the best Barbadian aged rum)
four: water or chipped ice… then a few dashes of bitters and stir!
