Barbados culinary adventures – Preparing Lobster

In this video, my good friend Roldano Bellori, who owns and runs the architect firm The Attic (www.barbadosarchitecture.com), shows how a locally caught lobster is removed from the shell. Not for the squeamish. Note, although the lobster may look small in comparison to the lobsters caught in other areas of the world, this is a full sized local lobster!
Just a quick note on The Attic. Roldano’s most recently completed project, Portico, won “International Apartment of the Year” award. Congratulations!
